My thoughts- 

This is an excellent guide on intermittent fasting. I like the breakdowns of the different types of fasting. Fasting isn't just a one size fits all option and there are many different routes to fit into your lifestyle.I also liked that the meal plan included various diets (low carb, keto, dairy free, vegetarian) making it easy for most people to get started without feeling overwhelmed. Most of the recipes sounded like meals I would eat so I think the author did a great job at varying the options available and making healthy food sound appealing. Intermittent Fasting Diet Guide + Cookbook is a great place to start on your intermittent fasting journey.
